Expansion of the Fassa Bortolo Group cement plant

LMSTEEL Consulting sagl, on behalf of the FASSA BORTOLO group, was entrusted with the structural redesign of the expansion of the Ceraino cement plant (VR) with the structural verification of the load-bearing structures and the BIM 3D Design for Manufacturing modelling of the plant expansion. The challenge was finalized with the coordination of plant disciplines and the study of interference with existing lines. The building envelope was also studied with the definition of the wall and roof sandwich panels, the positioning according to the various RAL and the development of the tinsmithery.
